Full Scope Therapies and Services I Provide

With over two decades of experience in criminal justice and mental health systems, I offer sessions, both in-person and virtually. Operating in private practice since 2022, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, families, and teens navigate challenges like identity, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, life transitions, relationships, addictions, and self-compassion. Tailoring my approach to your unique needs, I am dedicated to fostering positive change and personal growth.

  • Individual (adult, youth), Family, Couples
  • Fees: $200 for 60 minute session; $300 for 90 minute session
  • Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card, and e-transfer
  • Direct billing available through most major benefit providers
  • Sliding scale may be available for those facing financial barriers
  • Approved provider through First Nations Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB), Medavie Blue Cross for Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces and current/retired RCMP members

Compassion-Focused Therapy

CFT cultivates self-compassion, guiding you to relate to yourself with kindness. It addresses shame and self-criticism, fostering emotional well-being and resilience.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
